Clarence L. Hicks, Sr. was born April 24,1951 in Jonesboro,
Louisiana to Doretha (deceased) and Henry. He has three living
sisters and one brother.
He
has pastored four churches; St. Rest Baptist Church of Quitman,
La.; Shady Grove Baptist Church of Saline La., Galilee Baptist
Church of Hodge, La., and Zion Traveler Baptist Church of
Ruston, La. He has been the pastor of the Avenue Baptist Church
of Shreveport, La. since August of 1994.
