Jasmine R. Potts

 Jasmine is the daughter of Deacon Dexter and Oretha Potts.  She received her elementary education at Central and Stoner Hill Elementary Schools.  She then went on to attend Caddo Middle Magnet.  After completing middle school, she chose to attend C. E. Byrd High School. 
While at Byrd High, Jasmine was a very active student, and was enrolled in the Math and Science Magnet Program. 
She graduated from high school in May of 2009 with a 4.5 GPA. 

Jasmine will attend Grambling State University in the fall, where she will pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. 

  Jasmine is very active at Avenue.  She is involved in several ministries including the Avenue Angels Ministry and the Youth Choir. 
She attends Bible Study, Sunday School and participate in various other classes, projects and activities throughout the year.

We at the Avenue Baptist Church are very proud of you and your accomplishments.  We know that you will be successful in
whatever you choose to do, because you have shown that you are responsible and are able to make good choices.
